WHOLE WHEAT BISCUITS: (Hearty Wheat Master Mix)

2 cup hearty wheat master mix
1/2 cup milk

Place Hearty Wheat Master Mix in medium mixing bowl. Make a well in center. Add milk all at once. Stir with fork just till dough follows fork around bowl. Turn onto lightly floured pastry board, and knead dough 10-12 strokes. Using floured rolling pin, roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut dough with floured 2 1/2 inch biscuit cutter. Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 450 degrees, 10-12 minutes.
