Whole Wheat Yeast Bun Mix

8 cup all purpose white flour
6 cup whole wheat flour
2 cup dry milk
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoon salt
1 cup solid crisco shortening

In large mixing bowl stir together, flours, dry milk, brown sugar, and salt. Cut in shortening till mixture resembles coarse meal. Store in air tight container. Store up to 6 weeks at room temperature. For longer storage place in freezer. To measure, spoon lightly into measuring cup. Level with spatula. Makes 17 cups mix.
