WW: ANGEL HAIR PASTA WITH PLUM TOMATOES AND FRESH BASIL

main dish

6 oz angel hair pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic, in a jar
6 each plum tomatoes, peel, chop
1/2 cup minced fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 oz parmisan cheese

Cook pasta, drain, set aside and keep warm. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add garlic and saute until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and cook, stirring as needed until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in basil, salt, and pepper, Cook until tomatoes are very soft, about 5 minutes. Pour over pasta, and toss with vinegar. Serve, topped with parmisan cheese.
