WW: APPLE CAKE

2 each eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup skim milk
2 oz light butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup self rising flour, sifted
1 1/2 tablespoon corn starch
1 each green apple, peeled sliced
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat an 8 inch round cake pan with Pam. Beat eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Combine flour and corn, and fold into cake batter. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Arrange apple slices atop cake. Sprinkle with combine cinnamon and sugar.
