WW: BACON AND EGG SANDWICH

cheese/eggs, meats

2 each slices canadian bacon
2 each eggs
4 each slices high fiber bread

Trim visible fat off bacon. Place bacon inbetween 2 sheets of paper toweling and cook in the microwave on high power for 2 minutes. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Coat 1 side of each slice of bread with nonfat cooking spray. Place bread, sprayed sides down, in skillet, and break an egg over each slice. Place 1 slice of bacon on top of egg on bread. Top with remaining slice of bread. Press down with a spatula and cook until golden brown, on both sides. Per serving: 4 points, calories 293.5, protein 16.2 G, fat 2.8 G, saturated fat 2 G, carbohydrate 30.6 G, fiber 6 G, cholesterol 225 MG, iron 2.4 MG, sodium 513 MG, calcium 224.5 MG.
