WW: BAKED SWEET POTATOES WITH PINEAPPLE

2 each sweet potatoes peeled sliced
1/2 each naval orange, sliced
1 can pineapple tidbits, 8oz
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoon low fat margarine

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a 2 quart sprayed casserole combine sweet potatoes, orange, pineapple and juice, cinnamon, andd nutmeg. Dot with margarine. Bake covered, until sweet potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes. Per serving: calories 191, fat 1 G, saturated fat 0 G, cholesterol 0 MG, sodium 34 MG, carbohydrate 44 G, fiber 6 G, protein 2 G, calcium 43 MG, points 3.
