1 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast diced
1 each celery stalked, diced
1/2 each green pepper, diced
1 each scallion, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon barbecue sauce
2 cup romaine lettuce
