WW: BEAN CASEDIAS

4 each nonfat flour tortillas 6inch
1/2 cup nonfat refried beans
1 each tomato, diced
4 each scallions, sliced
1/3 cup lowfat cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon salsa
2 tablespoon nonfat sour cream

Spread each tortilla evenly with beans. Top 2 of the tortillas evenly with the tomato, scallions, and cheese. Place remaining 2 tortillas, bean side down, on top of them. Press gently to help them stick together. Spray a large nonstick skillet with pam, and heat. Cook the casedias until lightly brown, about 3 minutes, on each side. Cut each casedia into quarters. Serve with salsa and sour cream. Per serving: calories 302, total fat 4 G, saturated fat 2 G, cholesterol 13 MG, sodium 930 MG, carbohydrate 51 G, fiber 6 G protein 16 G, calcium 220 MG, points 5.
