WW: BEANS AND BROWN RICE

1 can red kidney beans, 19oz
2 cup cooked brown rice
3/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup minced parsley
3/4 cup nonfat grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl combine drained and rinsed beans, rice, salsa, and parsley. Transfer bean mixture to a pammed 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake uncovered, until mixture is heated through and cheese is melted, about 20 minutes. Per serving: calories 302, total fat 1 G, saturated fat 0 G, cholesterol 2 MG, sodium 646 MG, carbohydrate 53 G, fiber 6 G, protein 20 G, calcium 234 MG, points 5.
