WW: BIG BEEF AND VEGGY BURGERS

1 lb lean ground beef
2 each zucchini shreaded, medium
1 each onion, chopped
2 tablespoon minced dill
2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 each japileeno pepper, chopped
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 each small whole wheat pitas
1 1/2 cup torn romaine lettuce
2 each tomatoes, sliced
Spray broiler or grill rack with pam. Preheat broiler, or prepare grill. In a large bowl thoroughly combine beef, zucchini, onion, dill, mustard, japaleeno, and black pepper. Form into thick patties. Arrange patties on cooking rack, and broil 5 inches from heat, 4-5 minutes on each side, for medium to well done. Cut 3 pitta breads in half crosswise. Place a hamburger in each pitta, and top with lettuce and tomatoes.
