WW: BLUEBERRY TART

4 each pastry tart shells 3 inch
1 cup prepared low-fat custard
3 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup hot water
1 cup blueberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place tart shells on a non-stick baking sheet. Cook for 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Fill shells with custard. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Place blueberries evenly into each of the tart shells. Spoon gelatin over berries, and refrigerate until set. Per serving: 4 1/2 points, calories 220.5, protein 5.5 G, fat 8.0 G, saturated fat 2.0 G, carbohydrate 31.9 G, fiber 1.7 G, cholesterol 37.2 MG, iron 0.8 MG, sodium 255.3 MG, calcium 104.5 MG.
