BB: MOCK HARD COOKED EGGS

1 pkg egg beaters

Pour Egg Beaters into an 8 inch non-stick skillet. Cover tightly, and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until just set. Remove from heat and let stand covered, for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from skillet and cool completely. Chop and use in your favorite egg salad recipe, or sprinkle over salads or casseroles. Makes 1 cup chopped mock hard cooked eggs. Per serving: fat 0 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 0 G, calories 100, 0 percent calories from fat, protein 20 G, carbohydrate 0 G, sodium 320 MG.
