WW: BROCCOLI AND CULIFLOWER SALAD

5 tablespoon low fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 cup broccoli florettes
4 cup culiflower florettes
2 each carrots shredded
1/2 each red onion, chopped
