WW: CAJUN FISH

1 lb baby potatoes, halved
1/2 cup nonfat italian dressing
2 tablespoon cajun seasoning
1/4 cup flour
1 lb white fish fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 each head romaine lettuce
1/4 cup nonfat italian dressing ext
1 each lemon, cut into wedges

Boil potatoes until tender, drain, and toss with 1/2 cup dressing. Combine cajun seasoning and flour. Coat fish fillets with flour mixture, and shake off any excess flour. Heat oil in a medium skillet, and pan fry fish about 3 minutes on each side until brown and cooked through. Toss lettuce with 1/4 cup dressing, and place on 4 serving plates. Set fish atop lettuce, and arrange warm potatoes around plate. Serve with lemon wedges. Sprinkle with extra cajun seasoning if desired.
