WW: CAJUN HAM AND POTATO BAKE

2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon dejon mustard
2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayeen pepper
4 each small red potatoes, sliced
2 each onions, sliced
1 1/2 cup diced turkey-ham

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-13 inch baking dish with pam. In a medium bowl combine the vinegar, mustard, chili powder, cumin, and cayeen. Add the potatoes, onion, and ham, and toss to coat. Transfer ham mixture to the prepared dish. Bake covered until the potatoes are almost tender, about 35 minutes. Uncover and bake until potatoes are tender and browned, about 10 minutes longer. Per serving: calories 204, total fat 3 G, saturated fat 1 G, cholesterol 26 MG, sodium 639 MG, carbohydrate 31 G, fiber 4 G, protein 12 G, calcium 32 MG, points 4.
