WW: CHEESE AND VEGETABLE SALAD

cheese/eggs, vegetables

1/3 cup nonfat sour cream
1 tablespoon low fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 cup broccoli florettes
2 cup culiflower florettes
1 cup fresh peas
1 cup nonfat sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 each red onion, chopped
3 each slices crisp bacon, crumbled

In a large bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Add broccoli, culiflower, peas, cheese, and onion. Toss to coat, and refrigerate covered, 2 hours. SServe, sprinkled with crumbled bacon. Per serving: calories 164, total fat 4 G, saturated fat 1 G, cholesterol 8 MG, sodium 407 MG, carbohydrate 16 G, fiber 5 G, protein 18 G, calcium 329 MG, points 3.
