BB: MOCK SOUR CREAM

cheese/eggs, sauces

2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
2 tablespoon nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoon lemon juice

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. This mock sour cream can be used for baked potatoes, and all other cooking and baking.
