1 lb cole slaw blend
2 each apples, diced
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dejon mustard
In a large bowl combine cole slaw blend, apple, raisins, mayonnaise, vinegar, and mustard. Refrigerate covered, until flavors are blended, at least 1 hour. Per serving: calories 65, total fat 2 G, saturated fat 1 G, cholesterol 2 MG, sodium 67 MG, carbohydrate 12 G, fiber 1 G, protein 1 G, calcium 30 MG, points 1.
