WW: CREAMY CHICKEN IN SPINACH WITH SHELLS

1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 each onion, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic, from a jar
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup chicken broth
3/4 lb chicken breasts, cubed
1 pkg frozen spinach, 10oz
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 cup cooked medium pasta shells
2 teaspoon parmisan cheese

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Cook stirring as needed, until vegetables are tender, 5-6 minutes. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly, until flour is lightly browned, about 1 minute. Gradually stir in the milk and broth. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens, 2-3 minutes. Stir in chicken, spinach, and pepper. Return to a boil stirring as needed. Reduce heat and simmer covered, stirring as needed,until chicken is cooked, 6-8 minutes. Place hot cooked pasta shells in a serving bowl, add the chicken mixture, and toss to combine. Serve sprinkled with the cheese. Per serving: calories 231, total fat 3 G, saturated fat 1 G, cholesterol 35 MG, sodium 135 MG, carbohydrate 29 G, fiber 3 G, protein 21 G, calcium 145 MG, points 4.
