1 teaspoon olive oil
1 each onion, chopped
2 cup broccoli florettes
1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 each tomato, chopped
4 cup hot, cooked, feduccine
1/2 cup grated parmisan cheese

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add broccoli, milk, basil, and pepper. Cook covered, until broccoli is tender crisp, about 3 minutes. Add tomato and cook until heated through, about 1 minute. Place cooked feduccine in a medium serving bowl, top with broccoli mixture and parmisan cheese, and toss to coat. Per serving: calories 330, total fat 7 G, saturated fat 3 G, cholesterol 62 MG, sodium 254 MG, carbohydrate 51 G, fiber 7 G, protein 17 G, calcium 292 MG, points 6.
