WW: EASY CLAM LINGUINI

8 each scallions, sliced
2 teaspoon minced garlic, in a jar
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 can chopped clams, 6 1/2oz
1 can stewed tomatoes, 14 1/2oz
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
4 cup hot cooked linguini
2 tablespoon parmisan cheese

Spray a large nonstick skillet and heat. Add scallions, garlic, and pepper flakes, and cook until tender, 2-3 minutes. Add clams with liquid, tomatoes, wine, basil, and oregano. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered until liquid is reduced by one third, 10-12 minutes. Place the linguini in a large serving bowl, add the clam sauce and toss to coat. Serve sprinkled with the cheese. Per serving: calories 341, total fat 4 G, saturated fat 1 G, cholesterol 33 MG, sodium 303 MG, carbohydrate 53 G, fiber 6 G, protein 22 G, calcium 208 MG, points 6.
