WW: FRENCH TOAST

2 each eggs
1/2 cup skim milk
2 teaspoon powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
4 each thick slices bread
1 tablespoon unsalted butter cup up

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonfat cooking spray. Put eggs in a small mixing bowl and beat with a fork. Whisk in milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Soak bread in egg mixture, then transfer to prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with butter and bake 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Per serving: 6 points, calories 306, fat 13 G, saturated fat 6 G, cholesterol 229 MG, sodium 392 MG, carbohydrates 34 G, fiber 4 G, protein 14 G, calcium 146 MG.
