BB: OVEN BAKED FRENCH FRIES

4 each white potatoes
1/2 each liquid butter buds
1 single light salt to taste

Cut potatoes into strips. Dip each strip into liquid butter buds, and arrange on a nonstick baking sheet which has been lightly sprayed with Pam. If desired, dip potatoes in other seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or chili powder, after dipping in liquid butter buds. Bake at 425 degrees, 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Turn potatoes, and bake 15-20 more minutes, or until tender. To shorten baking time, parboil potatoes 15 minutes before slicing and placing them on the baking sheet. Per serving: fat 0.2 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 2 G, calories 83, 2 percent calories from fat, protein 2 G, carbohydrate 18 G, sodium 154 MG.
