WW: GLAZED CARROTS

4 teaspoon low fat margarine
1/4 each red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon honey
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 each carrots, sliced, steamed

Melt margarine in a medium nonstick sauce pan. Add onion and cook, stirring as needed, until onion is tender, 2-3 minutes. Add lemon juice, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until heated through and well mixed. Add carrots, toss to coat. Per serving: calories 74, total fat 2 G, saturated fat 0 G, cholesterol 0 MG, sodium 151 MG, total carbohydrate 14 G, fiber 3 G, protein 1 G, calcium 32 MG, points 1.
