WW: GRILLED HALIBET WITH NECTARINE SALSA

3 each nectarines, pitted, diced
1/4 each red onion, chopped
1 each japileno pepper, diced
2 tablespoon minced cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
4 each halibet steaks, 6oz
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 single cilantro sprigs

Spray broiler or grill rack, and preheat broiler, or prepare grill. In a medium, nonreactive bowl combine nectarines, onion, japileno, minced cilantro, lemon juice, and honey. Toss to combine. Sprinkle both sides of the halibet steaks with black pepper. Broil or grill halibet, 5 inches from heat till fish is opaque, 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve topped with the nectarine salsa, and garnish with cilantro sprigs.
