WW: GRILLED TURKEY HERB BURGERS

1 lb ground turkey breast
1 each onion, chopped
1/4 cup dried bread crumbs plus:
2 tablespoon dried bread crumbs
3 tablespoon minced parsley
3 tablespoon low fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoon dejon mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat broiler. In a large bowl combine turkey, bread crumbs, parsley, mayonnaise, basil, mustard, and pepper. Shape turkey mixture into 4 equal burgers. Spray broiler rack with Pam. Broil burgers 5 inches from heat until well done, 4-5 minutes on each side. Per serving: calories 210, total fat 4 G, saturated fat 1 G, cholesterol 74 MG, sodium 476 MG, carbohydrate 11 G, fiber 1 G, protein 30 G, calcium 34 MG, points 4.
