BB: PASTA SALAD PREMIVARRA

3/4 pkg italiano noodles 8oz
2 each tomatoes chopped
1 1/2 cup cooked broccoli
3/4 cup fresh peas
1 cup nonfat italian dressing
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 cup nonfat motzzarella cheese
1/3 cup nonfat parmisan cheese

Cook Skinner Trio Italiano noodles according to package directions. Drain, and rinse with cold water until cool. In a large bowl combine tomatoes, broccoli, peas, dressing, and basil. Add cheese and noodles, toss lightly, and chill. Per side dish serving: fat 0.5 G, cholesterol 2 MG, fiber 2 G, calories 77, 6 percent calories from fat, protein 8 G, carbohydrate 8 G, sodium 310 MG.
