WW: HOMEMADE MUESLI

2 1/4 cup old fashoned oats
1 cup all bran
2 tablespoon coconut
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon honey
3/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup dried apple, chopped
1/4 cup raisins

Combine oats, all bran, and coconut, in a shallow microwave proof bowl. In a separate small bowl, combine oil and honey, and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Drizzle oil and honey mixture over dry ingredients, and stir until well coated. Cook on high for 5-9 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Stir in dried fruit. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator. Variation: Substitute 2 ounces each of dried mango, and pineapple, instead of apricots and apples. Per serving: 3 1/2 points, calories 216.3, protein 4.9 G, fat 5.8 G, saturated fat 1 G, carbohydrate 42.3 G, fiber 5.4 G, cholesterol 0 MG, iron 3.1 MG, sodium 24.1 MG, calcium 68.5 MG.
