WW: LOW CALZONE

1 cup part skim ricotta cheese
1/3 cup shreaded motzarella cheese
1 each plum tomato, diced
1/4 cup chopped lean ham
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
4 each nonfat flour tortillas 6inch

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl combine the cheeses, tomato, ham, and pepper. Devide the mixture evenly among the tortillas. Roll up tortillas and wrap in foil. Place foil packets on a baking sheet. Bake until heated through, about 10 minutes. The calzones also cook well in the microwave. Place filled and rolled tortillas, 2 at a time with seam side down, on a microwavable plate. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on medium high, 1 minute and 20 seconds. Per serving: 387 calories, 11 G total fat, 6 G saturated fat, 49 MG cholesterol, 1000 MG sodium, 43 G total carbohydrate, 2 G dietary fiber, 28 G protein, 470 MG calcium, 8 points.
