WW: ONE DISH TURKEY WITH STUFFING

main dish, poultry

4 each turkey cutlets, 4oz
3 tablespoon nonfat italian dressing
2 each celery stalks, diced
2 each onions, chopped
1 pkg herb stuffing, 8oz
1/2 cup hot water
2 each apples, cored, diced
1/4 cup raisins

Combine turkey and salad dressing in a gallon zip lock bag. Seal the bag, squeezing out the air, then turn bag to thoroughly coat turkey. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or over night, turning the bag occasionally. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 12-8 inch pan with cooking spray. Spray a large nonstick sauce pan, and heat. Add turkey and marinade, and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes on each side. Transfer turkey to a plate. Spray pan with additional cooking spray, and add celery, and onion, and saute until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in stuffing mix, apples, raisins, and 1 1/2 cups hot water. Stir until well combined. Transfer stuffing mixture to the prepared pan, and top with the turkey. Bake covered, 15 minutes. Uncover and bake until heated through, about 5 minutes longer.
