WW: ORANGE CUCUMBER SALAD

3 each oranges, peeled, sliced
1 each cucumber, peeled, sliced
1/2 each green pepper, diced
1/4 each red onion, diced
3 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

In a medium bowl combine oranges, cucumber, pepper, and onion. Add vinegar, oil, sugar, and salt. Toss to coat, and serve at once. Per serving: calories 66, total fat 1 G, saturated fat 0 G, cholesterol 0 MG, sodium 137 MG, carbohydrate 14 G, fiber 3 G, protein 1 G, calcium 49 MG, points 1.
