WW: OVEN ROASTED POTATOES

4 each small, red potatoes
1 each onion, chopped
2 teaspoon unsalted stick margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 each sprig rosemary, opt

Quarter potatoes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 quart casserole with Pam. Place potatoes and onion in casserole. Dot with margarine, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add a sprig of rosemary, if desired. Bake covered, until potatoes are tender, about 50 minutes. Per serving: calories 142, total fat 2 G, saturated fat 0 G, cholesterol 0 MG, sodium 285 MG, total carbohydrate 27 G, dietary fiber 3 G, protein 3 G, calcium 7 MG, points 2.
