BB: POPPY SEED DRESSING

1/3 each white onion, grated
1 1/2 cup sugar, or:
1 cup sugar, plus:
6 pkg sweet and low
2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon light salt
2/3 cup white vinegar
2 cup liquid butter buds
2 tablespoon poppy seeds

Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve over fresh fruit. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Serve in 2 tablespoon portions. Per serving, all sugar: fat 0.5 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 0 G, calories 76, 6 percent calories from fat, protein 0 G, carbohydrate 18 G, sodium176 MG. Per serving, one half sweet and low: calories 56, carbohydrate 13 G.
