WW: PASTA WITH SEAFOOD IN LEMON DILL SAUCE

2 teaspoon low fat margarine
2 each shallots, chopped
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup skim milk
10 oz bay scallops
1/2 lb cooked crab
1/4 lb cooked shrimp
2 tablespoon minced dill
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
4 cup cooked medium pasta shells
1 single dill sprigs

Melt margarine in a medium nonstick sauce pan. Add shallots and cook until tender, about 2 minutes. Add flour and cook stirring constantly for 1 minute. Gradually add milk and cook stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens, about 3 minutes. Add scallops, crab, shrimp, minced dill, lemon juice and zest. Cook until scallops are opaque, about 5 minutes. Serve pasta topped with the seafood mixture. Garnish with dill sprigs.
