WW: PEPPERED LEMON SWORD FISH STEAKS

fish, main dish

1 1/4 lb sword fish steak
2 each lemons, sliced
1/2 each red onion, sliced
2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 500 degrees, or prepare the grill. Cut 1 inch thick sword fish steak into 4 equal pieces. Place each piece of fish on the center of double layers of foil. Top each evenly with the lemons, onions, rosemary, thyme, pepper, and salt. Make packets by bringing the 2 sides of the foil up to meet in the center, and folding the edges over, then folding the edges of each end together. Allowing room for the packets to expand, crimp the edges. If baking, place packets on a baking sheet. Bake or grill until the fish is opaque, 10-12 minutes.
