WW: QUICK SHRIMP BROIL

fish, main dish

1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoon minced garlic, in a jar
1/2 lb large shrimp
1 each tomato, chopped
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/3 cup low fat motzarella cheese

Preheat broiler. Heat oil in a medium oven proof skillet. Add garlic and cook until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Add shrimp and tomato, cook until shrimp turn pink, 3-5 minutes. Add wine and cook 1 minute longer. Sprinkle evenly with the cheese and broil until cheese is melted and golden, 2-3 minutes. Per serving: calories 207, total fat 7 G, saturated fat 3 G, cholesterol 152 MG, sodium 235 MG, carbohydrate 6 G, fiber 1 G, protein 24 G, calcium 181 MG, points 5.
