WW: QUICK TORTILLAS AND PEPPERS

1 each green bell pepper, diced
1 each onion, diced
1/2 cup salsa
1/3 cup low fat sharp cheddar cheese
2 each nonfat flour tortillas 6inch
Spray a large nonstick skillet with Pam, and heat. Add bell pepper and onion, cook stirring as needed, until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in salsa and cook until heated through, about 1 minute. Divide cheese evenly between the tortillas. Microwave tortillas, 1 at a time, on medium high 30 seconds, until cheese is melted. Top each with the pepper mixture.
