WW: ROASTED PEPPER AND ONION STEAK

1 each red pepper, halved
1 each onion, peeled, sliced
1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
4 each ribi steaks, 4oz each

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a non-stick baking sheet with cooking spray. Place peppers and onions on the baking sheet and sprinkle with oregano. Bake for 12 minutes, or until lightly brown. Slice the pepper into strips. Grill steaks until cooked to desired tenderness. Serve, topped with peppers and onions.
