WW: SAVORY GREEN BEANS

1 lb fresh green beans
1 can diced tomatoes, 14 1/2oz
2 each onions, chopped
1 each red potato, cubed
2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

In a 4 quart cooking pot, bring trimmed and halved green beans, tomatoes, onion, potato, oregano, oil, salt and pepper, to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer covered, stirring as needed, until vegetables are tender and the flavors are well blended, about 1 hour.
