WW: SEAFOOD WITH LINGUINI

1 tablespoon olive oil
8 each scallions, sliced
3 teaspoon minced garlic, in a jar
1/2 lb cooked medium shrimp
1/2 lb cooked crab
2 tablespoon dry white wine
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cup hot cooked linguini

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add scallions and garlic and cook until vegetables are tender, 2-3 minutes. Add shrimp, crab, wine, lemon juice, pepper flakes, thyme, and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until heated through, about 3 minutes. Serve linguini topped with the seafood mixture.
