WW: SOUTHWEST EASY OVEN CHICKEN

1 cup chicken broth
1 cup black beans, 15oz
1 cup red kidney beans, 15oz
3/4 cup mild salsa
2 teaspoon minced garlic, in a jar
1 lb chicken breasts, diced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain and rinse beans. In a 13-9 inch baking dish, which has been sprayed with Pam, combine broth, beans, salsa, and garlic. Add chicken, and baste with some of the liquid. Bake, stirring once, until chicken is cooked through, and the liquid is reduced, about 45 minutes. Per serving: calories 241, total fat 2 G, saturated fat 0 G, cholesterol 42 MG, sodium 385 MG, carbohydrate 29 G, fiber 3 G, protein 27 G, calcium 43 MG, points 4.
