WW: SPAGHETTI TURKEY PIE

6 oz spaghetti
3 each egg whites
2 tablespoon parmisan cheese
1 teaspoon olive oil
10 oz ground turkey breast
1 each green bell pepper, chopped
1 each onion, chopped
2 teaspoon minced garlic, in a jar
1 can tomato sauce, 8oz
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup part skim motzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 inch pie plate with Pam and set aside. Cook spaghetti until almost done. Rinse, and drain. Transfer spaghetti to a medium bowl, and add egg whites, and parmisan cheese. Pat spaghetti mixture into bottom and up sides of prepared pie plate. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add turkey, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook stirring constantly, until turkey is browned and vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce, oregano, and black pepper. Cook stirring constantly until heated through, about 2 minutes. Spread turkey mixture evenly over pasta in pie plate. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with the motzarella cheese, and bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Per serving: calories 334, total fat 5 G, saturated fat 2 G, cholesterol 51 MG, sodium 183 MG, carbohydrate 41 G, fiber 3 G, protein 30 G, calcium 127 MG, points 6.
