WW: SPAGHETTI WITH MUSCLES, GARLIC, AND WHITE WINE

6 oz spaghetti
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced
1 teaspoon thyme
4 each garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon cayeen pepper
24 each medium muscles

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and place in serving bowl. Meanwhile, combine wine, oil, parsley, thyme, garlic, and cayeen pepper, in sauce pan. Cook stirring constantly, until garlic becomes fragrant. Add muscles, which have been scrubbed and debearded. Cover and cook until muscles open, 4 to 5 minutes. Discard any unopened muscles. Pour sauce over spaghetti in serving bowl, and toss to combine. 5 points per serving.

Yield: 4 servings
