WW: SPECTACULAR SPAGHETTI

2 each onions, chopped
4 teaspoon minced garlic, in a jar
1 1/4 lb lean ground beef
3 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can crushed tomatoes, 28oz
1 can tomato paste, 6oz
2 tablespoon dried basil
1/4 cup dry red wine
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
8 cup hot cooked spaghetti

Spray a large nonstick dutch oven with pam, and heat. Add the onions, and garlic and cook until onions are tender, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef and mushrooms, and cook until beef is browned and the mushrooms have released their liquid, 5-6 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, wine, marjoram, oregano, sugar, pepper, and cloves. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered until flavors are blended, about 20 minutes. Serve hot cooked spaghetti topped with the beef mixture.
