BB: SEAFOOD CRACKER DIP

12 oz nonfat cottage cheese
1 cup nonfat maionnaise
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon nonfat cream cheese
1 can king crab, 7 1/2oz
1 can cocktail shrimp, 4 1/2oz

In a blender combine, cottage cheese, cream cheese, maionnaise, and lemon juice. Drain shrimp. Remove cheese mixture from blender and mix in seafood. Cover and chill. Serve with nonfat Salteen crackers. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Serve in 1/4 cup servings. Per serving: fat 0.6 G, cholesterol 35 MG, fiber 0 G, calories 79, 7 percent calories from fat, protein 12 G, carbohydrate 6 G, sodium 616 MG.
