WW: SPINACH AND CLAM LINGUINI

2 teaspoon olive oil
6 each garlic cloves, minced
2 can minced clams, 6oz
8 cup cleaned spinach leaves
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6 oz linguini
2 tablespoon parmisan cheese

Drain clams, reserving liquid. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Add reserved liquid from clams, spinach, and pepper. Toss lightly, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered, stirring as needed until spinach is wilted, 3-4 minutes. Add clams and cook, stirring as needed, until heated through, about 2 minutes. Meanwhile, cook linguini according to package directions. Drain, and place in a large serving bowl. Add clam mixture and toss to coat. Serve, sprinkled with cheese.
