WW: STRAWBERRY CRAPES

1/3 cup flour
2 teaspoon sugar
2 each eggs, beaten
1/2 cup skim milk
8 each sliced strawberries
8 tablespoon maple syrup
In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, eggs, and milk. Stir until well mixed. Coat a large pan with cooking spray and heat. Pour 1/4 of the batter into the pan and cook until brown on both sides, flipping once. Repeat with remaining batter. Place 2 crapes on each serving plate and top with strawberries. Drizzle with maple syrup.
