BB: SENSATIONAL SALAD

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
3 tablespoon nonfat parmisan cheese
1 cup nonfat mayonnaise
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 each head culiflower
1/2 each head lettuce
1 each bunch fresh spinach
1 cup seasoned stuffing cubes

Blend all ingredients together accept culiflower, lettuce, fresh spinach, and stuffing cubes. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Grate half a head of culiflower and refrigerate covered. Pour dressing over bite sized pieces of lettuce and spinach. Sprinkle grated culiflower over top, and toss. Top with Pepperage Farm seasoned stuffing cubes. Per serving: fat 0.2 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 2 G, calories 54 3 percent calories from fat, protein 2 G, carbohydrate 12 G, sodium 450 MG.
