WW: TASTY HOME FRIED POTATOES

1 teaspoon olive oil
2 each small red potatoes, cooked
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon parmisan cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Peel, cook, and cube potatoes. Pour oil into a large non-stick skillet, heat. Add potatoes and garlic. Cook stirring constantly, until potatoes are lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and sprinkle with cheese and peppper. Per serving: calories 123, total fat 3 G, saturated fat 0 G, cholesterol 1 MG, sodium 21 MG, total carbohydrate 23 G, fiber 2 G, protein 2 G, calcium 23 MG, points 2.
