WW: TOMATO CUCUMBER SALAD

3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon italian herb seasoning
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 each tomatoes, sliced
1 each cucumber, peeled, sliced
4 each scallions, sliced

In a small bowl combine vinegar, Italian seasoning, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended. On a medium platter arrange the tomato and cucumber in a spirel, alternating the vegetables. Sprinkle with the scallions, and drizzle with the dressing. If pressed for time, simply combine vegetables in a salad bowl, sprinkle with dressing, and toss to coat. Per serving: calories 25, total fat 0 G, saturated fat 0 G, cholesterol 0 MG, sodium 147 MG, carbohydrate 6 G, fiber 1 G, protein 1 G, calcium 14 MG, points 0.
